Reduced representation bisulphite sequencing (RRBS) data of 86 bearded dragon (Pogona vitticeps) samples. The data were generated from either blood samples stored on FTA elute cards or frozen blood. Libraries were generated using the Ovation RRBS Methyl-Seq system from NuGEN followed by paired-end 150 bp Illumina sequencing on a NovaSeq X. \nSamples stored on FTA cards were extracted using our protocol described here: dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.36wgqnmq5gk5/v1\n
