Processed data supporting single-cell mapping of host–microbiome genetic associations in neurodegenerative diseases

This record contains processed data supporting the study “Single-cell mapping of host–microbiome genetic associations in neurodegenerative diseases”. The deposited files include cell-type gene-specificity matrices derived from human brain, human intestinal, mouse brain, and mouse large-intestinal single-cell or single-nucleus transcriptomic atlases. Both native gene-identifier matrices and analysis-ready human Entrez gene matrices are provided. All specificity matrices were generated using min_cells_gene_exp = 10 and min_avg_exp_ct = 0.01. The record also contains MAGMA gene-level association results for 105 gut microbial traits, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and an independent Parkinson’s disease validation GWAS. Raw GWAS summary statistics and complete single-cell expression matrices are not redistributed.
