对采集的数据进行分析挖掘，通过用户车辆停车状态更新停车场和路边泊位空闲状态，通过统计分析计算场内和场外停车空闲泊位数，根据停车场和路边泊位数据计算泊位利用率，通过输入交通指挥区域，查询区域内停车场或路面车位情况，为相关政府机关提供相应的决策支持，由以前分散和封闭的静态交通管理转变为全市交通大数据统一的管理、监测和分析，辅助政府实现智慧交通决策通过车辆停车数据更新泊位状态，统计停车场空闲车位数、在用泊位数和总泊位数，泊车位利用率=在用泊位数/总泊位数。

Analyze and mine the collected data to update the availability status of parking lots and roadside berths based on the parking states of user vehicles. Calculate the number of available berths, occupied berths and total berths in on-site and off-site parking areas via statistical analysis, and derive the berth utilization rate as occupied berths divided by total berths, based on data from parking lots and roadside berths. Enable querying the status of parking lots or roadside berths within a specified traffic command zone by inputting the zone information, providing decision-making support for relevant government agencies. This system transforms the previously decentralized and closed static traffic management into unified management, monitoring and analysis of urban traffic big data, assisting the government in making smart traffic decisions.
