设备安灯管理(ANDON)针对大型设备的生产现场分散，生产过程复杂，将现场生产异常数据，通过API集成和+手工方式实时回馈，汇总异常数据，回溯异常过程，分析异常类型，并通过大屏/APP/微信等及时通达，为后续科学管理，和决策快速提供数字依据。数据面向生产设备的异常研究，主要记录生产设备的异常状态数据、异常状态下的生产业务数据和异常分析数据。

Equipment Andon Management (ANDON) is tailored for scenarios with scattered production sites and complex production processes for large-scale equipment. It collects and feeds back on-site production abnormal data in real time via API integration and manual entry, aggregates the collected abnormal data, traces the entire abnormal process, classifies abnormal types, and disseminates relevant information in a timely manner through large screens, mobile applications (APPs), WeChat and other channels, so as to rapidly provide digital evidence for subsequent scientific management and decision-making. This dataset is dedicated to the abnormality research of production equipment, and mainly records three categories of data: abnormal status data of production equipment, production business data under abnormal conditions, and abnormality analysis data.
