Polarized ARPC3+/+ fibroblast cells cultured on a fibronectin-coated cover slip were fixed and stained with Arp2 antibodies (green) and counterstained with Alexa 546 phalloidin for F-actin (red) and DAPI to visualize the nucleus (blue). The Arp2 subunit of Arp2/3 complex is localized at the leading edge of ARPC3+/+ cells.
