Supporting data for "Consequences of Dam-Induced River Fragmentation for Diadromous Migrants: Global and Local Perspectives"

This dataset covers Chapters 1 to 4 for my PhD thesis "Consequences of Dam-Induced River Fragmentation for Diadromous Migrants: Global and Local Perspectives". Chapter 1 is a global meta-analysis and includes data retrieved from publications that I have processed. Chapter 2 is a field study on diadromous fishes in Hong Kong, and includes data on species occurrences, environmental parameters, and dams. Simarily, Chapter 3 is a field study on diadromous decapods in Hong Kong, and includes data on species occurrences, environmental parameters, and dams. Chapter 4 is a population genetic study on two species of diadromous fishes in Hong Kong using samples collected in Hong Kong; the files provided are for the reader to interpret and access the files deposited onto the Sequence Read Archive, which will be made publicly available at the end of the embargo period.
