This FAIRsharing record describes: SCIP is the database for information on Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products) established under the Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC). Any company supplying articles containing SVHCs on the ECHA Candidate List in concentration above 0.1% w/w on EU market must submit information on these articles to the SCIP database from 5 January 2021.
