资源简介:
Aim: To evaluate standing balance and walking rehabilitation interventions for children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) based on the Systems Framework for Postural Control (SFPC). Methods: Using PRISMA guidelines, CINAHL, EMBASE, and MEDLINE databases were searched for studies describing interventions for balance and/or walking in children with CP. Using descriptive analysis, interventions were categorized into type of intervention and evaluated for comprehensiveness using the SFPC domains and components. Results: 150 articles covering 148 unique interventions were included representing 2998 participants. Interventions were categorised as Gait, Balance, Exercise, Technology and ‘Other’ Rehabilitation. Interventions were evaluated using the SFPC for comprehensiveness in addressing postural control. Interpretation: Reactive postural control and cognition should be included more in walking and balance training interventions for children with CP.
