Lymphoid cancers characteristically harbor genomic aberrations that frequently show signs of having originated through a variety of errors in RAG1/2 enzyme-mediated V(D)J recombination. Here, we have performed whole genome and transcriptome sequencing of tumors originating from mice harboring a C-terminus truncation of RAG2 in a p53-deficient context (Rag2 352/352 p53-/-) or mice lacking Atm activity (Atm-/-).
