HCC827 is a human lung adenocarcinoma cell line harvoring EGFR-mutation. We conducted ATAC-seq of HCC827 following DMSO or EGFR-TKI treatment, in biological duplicates to find out whether any open chromatin peaks will appear, especially around CXCL9, 10 and 11 genes after EGFR-TKI treatment to demonstrate that oncogenic EGFR signal induces epigenetic silencing of these chemokine genes expression.
