针对现有滚塑设备无法监测滚塑成型工艺过程中温度的实时变化,我们设计了一种结构紧凑的无线温度测试装置,通过对滚塑成型工艺过程中烘箱内部的温度、模具内外壁的温度和物料的温度变化进行实时的监测和数据的收集,为控制和调节滚塑成型工艺的温度参数提供依据,为滚塑装备和模具的设计提供参考,从而提高滚塑成型效率、节约生产能耗,实现高精度的滚塑制品加工,本数据可以对水产品镉含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集PA粉料抽样地区、样品名称、分类等信息;2、PA粉料模内温度检测:通过对PA粉料模内温度进行检测获得相关数据结果;3数据处理:筛选出PA粉料模内温度问题项检测结果,与PA粉料模内温度的限定温度和限定时间进行对比,判断其时间是否超标,判定结果分为:超过限定时间合格,未超过限定时间为不合格,用于评估其安全性,PA粉料模内温度问题发现率M=模内温度检出问题项次数Y/进行监测的总数Z*100%;4、数据应用: PA粉料模内温度问题项检测结果可以作为使用安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
A compact wireless temperature testing device was developed to address the limitation of existing rotomolding equipment in monitoring real-time temperature changes during the rotomolding process. This device conducts real-time monitoring and data collection on the temperatures inside the oven, the temperatures on the inner and outer walls of the mold, and the temperature variations of the materials throughout the rotomolding process. The collected data serves as a foundation for controlling and adjusting the temperature parameters of the rotomolding process, provides references for the design of rotomolding equipment and molds, and thus improves rotomolding efficiency, reduces production energy consumption, and enables high-precision processing of rotomolded products. Moreover, this dataset can be utilized for safety assessment of cadmium content in aquatic products, offering reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as the sampling area, sample name, and classification of PA powder samples;
2. PA Powder In-Mold Temperature Detection: Obtain relevant data results by detecting the in-mold temperature of PA powder;
3. Data Processing: Screen out the detected problematic results of PA powder in-mold temperature, compare them with the specified limited temperature and limited time for PA powder in-mold temperature, and determine whether the time exceeds the standard. The judgment results are classified as: qualified if the limited time is exceeded, unqualified if not exceeded, which is used for safety assessment. The problem detection rate M of PA powder in-mold temperature is calculated as: M = (Number of detected problematic in-mold temperature items Y / Total number of monitored samples Z) × 100%;
4. Data Application: The detected problematic results of PA powder in-mold temperature can be used as a basis for safety assessment, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
