This series consists of certified copies of plans and longitudinal sections of tramways proposed for construction by the Melbourne Tramways and Omnibus Company. It was produced by the Legislative Assembly in 1882 to accompany the Melbourne Tramways and Omnibus Company Bill.The proposed tramways were in the Cities of Melbourne, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Prahran and Richmond, the towns of Emerald Hill and Hotham and Boroughs of St Kilda, Brunswick, Kew, Hawthorn and Sandridge.
