Cantabria Urban Information System (SIUCAN)

A series of data resulting from the project of maintenance and adaptation of the technical and cartographic databases of the Directorate General of Urban Planning of the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Urban Planning of the Government of Cantabria.This series consists of seven layers:1. CLASES_DE_SUELO(Local urban classification)2. Sectors(Sectorisation, if any, of unconsolidated urban or urban land)3. Modifications_PUNTUALS(Specific amendments and content of the same practiced on each current planning figure).4. Systems_GENERAL(General Systems)5. Local Systems6. FIGURA_URBANISTICA (Urban Planning Figure Vigent)The aggregation of all these layers forms the SIUCAN series (Urban Information System of Cantabria) that describe these metadata.Last modifications:- After the annulment, by judgment of the Supreme Court of 8/11/2016, of revision of the PGOU of Santander Aprob Def by CROTU on 17/9/2012, the PGOU in force is the approval Def by decision of the Minister of Public Works, Housing and Urbanism of the Regional Council of Cantabria of 17/4/1997. Work is currently under way to collect all the information on the planning that is currently in force, so that it can be published and disseminated on this website.
