Data supporting the Methods in Ecology and Evolution article 'Leaf-wood classification of terrestrial laser scanning data with co-registered near-infrared photography'. TXT files are provided for each plot, containing leaf-off, leaf-on, and classified leaf-on point clouds. Analysis code to estimate PAIe, PAI, LAIe, LAI, WAIe, and WAI is also provided.
