RNAseq for comparison of human pluripotent stem cell-derived neural subtypes containing genetic-encoded tools. Overall design: The purpose of this study was to validate cellular identify of neural subtypes and to assess the consequence of Gq-based chemogenetic activation of astrocytes over time. All cells are from the same parental human pluripotent stem cell line (WT-C11) and all samples were extracted from cell cultured as a monolayer on matrigel in the same basal media formulation.
