以木质素为原料,制备了LN-NH-SA水凝胶和CKLA水凝胶,并利用场发射扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱、N2吸附-解吸等对其结构和性能就行了表征。N-NH-SA水凝胶对亚甲基蓝有更好的吸附效率,最大吸附容量为388.81 mg/g。吸附过程符合伪二阶吸附动力学模型,并与Freundlich等温线方程相吻合。LN-NH-SA水凝胶在5次循环后仍能有87.64%的去除率。研究了CKLA水凝胶对刚果红具有较好的吸附效果,且经过五个吸附周期后,水凝胶对刚果红的吸附效率仍达到80%以上。
Using lignin as the raw material, LN-NH-SA hydrogel and CKLA hydrogel were prepared. Their structures and properties were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), N₂ adsorption-desorption, and other characterization techniques. LN-NH-SA hydrogel exhibited better adsorption efficiency towards methylene blue, with a maximum adsorption capacity of 388.81 mg/g. The adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetic model and fits the Freundlich isotherm equation. LN-NH-SA hydrogel still maintained a removal rate of 87.64% after 5 adsorption cycles. CKLA hydrogel was found to have good adsorption performance towards congo red, and after 5 adsorption cycles, its adsorption efficiency towards congo red still remained above 80%.
