Survey of intentions and perspectives of IDPs #3 - February 2024

This dataset is the third round of UNHCR’s Survey of Intentions and Perspectives of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Ukraine, implemented in partnership with Ipsos SA. Data collection took place from January to February 2024 and involved approximately 4,800 IDP households across Ukraine. The survey includes a longitudinal component, with part of the sample having participated in earlier rounds. The objective of the survey is to provide updated information on the profiles, living conditions, future intentions, and decision-making factors of internally displaced persons in Ukraine. Data were collected using a mixed-method approach, combining remote and face-to-face interviews, and a mixed sampling design including both stratified probability and respondent-assisted techniques. The anonymized dataset includes household- and individual-level data and supports programmatic planning and response related to displacement, return, and local integration in Ukraine.
