Processed data and analysis code for land-transition productivity, compound-drought response and recovery in the Mu Us Sandy Land (2001–2024)
收藏资源简介:
Version 2.0.1 is a documentation-only correction to version 2.0.0. It replaces the AFM source-data archive with a checksum-verified package whose internal data-availability and reproducibility statements cite this version-specific DOI; analytical data, code and results are unchanged. The record extends the original pathway-resolved land-transition archive with source tables, public-data request manifests and executable Python scripts supporting the Agricultural and Forest Meteorology manuscript "Land-use pathways govern productivity recovery from compound drought in the Mu Us Sandy Land". It includes annual NPP event trajectories, daily NASA POWER/MERRA-2 meteorological processing, May–September compound-drought metrics, Terra/Aqua MODIS GPP extraction and quality control, MODIS EVI sensitivity analyses, two-way clustered resistance, recovery and two-year legacy estimates, and an independent comparison with the public Yanchi eddy-covariance GPP record. Third-party raw MODIS, CLCD, NASA POWER/MERRA-2 and Yanchi flux-tower files are not redistributed. Their official sources, versions, exact request manifests, checksums and processing roles are documented in the included README and manifests. The reconstructed analytical boundary is not an official administrative or ecological boundary.
