Rna-seq transcriptome data for insulin-GFP+ cells differentiated from NEUROD1 knock out and NEUROD1+/+ control human embryonic stem cells.

The purpose of this study was to identify genes regulated by NEUROD1 in insulin expressing cells differentiated from human embryonic stem cells. Overall design: Human embryonic stem cells, MEL-1 INSGFP/wt, were differentiated into pancreatic endocrine cells. Total RNA was extracted from day 27 INS-GFP+ flow cytometry sorted cells. Libraries of cDNA were sequenced and analyzed for RNA expression.
