Gene expression profile of non-hepatocyte cells of the liver of wild-type and Alb/MDA-9 mice

We created a mouse line with hepatocyte-specific overexpression of the oncogene MDA-9/SDCBP (Alb/MDA-9). We wanted to check how overexpression of MDA-9 in hepatocytes affect gene expression in surrounding non-parenchymal cells. We isolated non-hepatocyte cells from WT and Alb/MDA-9 mice and performed scRNA-seq in these samples. Non-hepatocyte cells from livers of WT and Alb/MDA-9 mice were harvested by differential centrifugation and scRNA-seq was performed using 10x Genomics platform.
