MDM: Speed data NRW

Location of lane data (Q, V) for cars, trucks and cars as well as the truck share of approximately 6000 lanes in the North Rhine-Westphalian BAB and federal road network (over 19,000 values). Location via coordinates (ETRS89). The dynamic part refers to a static part, i.e. for a meaningful application it is necessary to be able to access both publications. The location in the static file is done via point location (coordinates). The data can be obtained permanently after registration via the MDM (http://www.mdm-portal.de). As part of an event organised by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI), the 3 rd BMVI Data Run, alternative data access was opened in March 2018.
