### Department representations * * * * The departmental council shall at the beginning and throughout the term of office appoint its representatives to sit on external bodies and in its internal bodies in the cases and conditions laid down in the provisions specific to each structure. Appointments, on a proposal from the President, shall be voted in standing committee or by order in accordance with the rules. The update of the files is effective after each decision of the assembly or request of the body (for orders).
