Eating Behavior of Bangladeshi Female Cricketers using EAT-26
收藏资源简介:
This dataset is to investigate the psychological and behavioral health of Bangladeshi female cricketers, focusing on eating behaviors, sleep patterns, and mood states. Our research hypothesis was that elite female athletes in Bangladesh would exhibit significant disordered eating tendencies, influenced by competitive stress, body image concerns, and sleep disturbances. This dataset was collected from 2024 to 2025. The questionnaire includes standardized tools such as the EAT-26 for eating behavior assessment, the BRUMS mood questions and custom modules on sleep quality and performance impact. A total of 146 participants contributed data, with variables including age, years of experience, training intensity, and self-reported behavioral responses.
