Fram Strait West Spitsbergen Current time series (mooring F4)

This repository includes the microbiome derived data files from the West Spitsbergen Current time series (mooring F4) in the Fram Strait. The time-series spanned from 2016 - 2020, during which time seawater samples were autonomously collected from 20-110 m depth at, on average, biweekly intervals. From these samples, 16S and 18S rRNA gene amplicon and PacBio HiFi metagenome sequencing was performed. The data files provided in this repository underpin the observations and findings presented in the manuscript "Seasonal recurrence and modular assembly of an Arctic pelagic marine microbiome".
