资源简介:
In order to identify potential mechanisms involved in cardioprotection by IGF1 we performed microarray analysis of the infarcted areas on day1, day2, and day7 after acute myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction was induced in C57BL6/J mice by 45 min occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery followed by reperfusion for 24, 48, and 168 h, respectively. Animals of the IGF1 groups received 40 ng/g mature recombinant IGF1 subcutaneously as bolus at the begin of reperfusion. In addition, IGF1 was administered continuously for the first three days of reperfusion (1 µg/g/d) using micro-osmotic pumps (Alzet, 1003D) that were implanted subcutaneously. Control mice were sham-operated and received osmotic minipumps containing only vehicle.
