This dataset supports the paper "Stiffness Optimisation for CFRP Hole-Making Using a 6-DOF Industrial Robot". It includes the modified D-H parameters, joint stiffness, natural frequency, PSO optimization results, joint deformation data, and experimental deformation measurements of the FANUC R-2000iC/165F 6-DOF industrial robot. The dataset also contains all figures from the paper and the final submitted manuscript PDF. Note: Raw data for stress/deformation nephograms, cutting force curves, and full PSO iteration logs are not available as they are visual or transient test results; all core quantitative data for result verification are complete.
