This dataset contains bam files holding information on mapping results of RNA-Seq reads.RNA-Seq reads were obtained from several life-cycle stages of Hydractinia echinata and mapped against Histone target sequences to score expression levels.The full dataset will be published in a different manuscript and all data then made available through ENA/SRA.
