TRANSGENERATIONAL STATE RIGHTS AND INTERNATIONAL LAW: SOCIAL BALANCE

This article aims to analyze the transgenerational rights of the State and its relationship with international law through a social balance. Therefore, it was initially a study of globalization, based on the work of François Chesnais. In a second step,405one addresses the rights and transgenerational risk society in Ulrich Beck. From this understanding, we analyze the goals of the Republic, in building a free, just and solidary, emphasizing corporate social responsibility as a way to achieve the development of the state.
