Introduction
Volume of Domestic Low Carbon Technologies (LCT) for both generation and demand (under 1MW) connected.

Methodological ApproachLCT application data (which captures, amongst other things, the location, LCT type, and capacity) is taken from our Smart Connect portal at https://www.ukpowernetworks.co.uk/smart-connect;

Using the Postcode of the MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number), we map the data to LSOA using Office for National Statistics datasets which are updated annuallyContains lower layer super output area  (LSOA) codes and name data sourced from the Office for National Statistics licensed under the Open Government Licence v.3.0

Quality Control Statement
Quality Control Measures include a manual review and correction of data inconsistencies.
