Data and code for "Mapping digitally mediated youth community-benefit engagement: a bibliometric analysis of volunteering, service-learning and digital civic participation"

This deposit contains the data and analysis code for a bibliometric science map of youth digitally mediated community-benefit engagement (volunteering, service-learning, and community-oriented civic contribution). The corpus was drawn from the Web of Science Core Collection (English articles and reviews, search date 10 July 2026) and screened along four axes to a final set of 310 records. The package includes the full search strategy, the PRISMA-style record flow (876 to 875 to 318 to 310), the included-record identifier list, all screening decisions and dictionaries, the keyword harmonisation thesaurus, ordered R and Python analysis scripts, derived matrices and output tables, network files and figures (annual output, thematic map, keyword co-occurrence, co-citation, RPYS, historiograph, MCA, three-field plot, PRISMA), a parameter-robustness sweep, and a reproducibility checklist. Raw licensed Web of Science records are not redistributed; the scripts regenerate the corpus from the documented query. Code is released under the MIT License and data and outputs under CC BY 4.0.
