Guadeloupe drinking water operators in 2018 (WFS service)

WFS Service — Operators are the day-to-day managing bodies of water and sanitation services. The organising authority instructs the operator to deliver the service to the user, to operate the network and to maintain the assets made available by the community. In Guadeloupe, the function of operator is performed either by a board (public operator) or by a public service delegate (private operator).
