Data for Jejunoileal Mucosal Growth in Mice with a Limited Microbiome

The dataset herein represents the supporting data for a manuscript by the same title, pending publication as of September 2021. Within this dataset are three major file types: JPGs corresponding to photographs of stained histologic slides of murine intestinal mucosa, excel spreadsheets with calculations of the various histologic measurements corresponding to these images, prism files depicting the data in both statistical and graphical form.
