Effects of Salt Stress on Bacterial Community Structure and Diversity in Rhizosphere Soil of Bletilla striata

To investigate Bletilla striata rhizosphere bacteria community succession in response to salt stress, 16S rRNA high throughput sequencing was performed to analyze the structure and diversity of B. striata rhizosphere bacteria under salt stress conditions with different concentration. Meanwhile we analyzed the growth and development rate of B. striata seedlings and soil physical and chemical properties influenced by salt stress. The relationship between rhizosphere bacterial community and the soil environment factors was also explored.
