Data and code for "Multiscale spatial associations between saturated hydraulic conductivity and soil physical attributes using geostatistical simulation and two-dimensional wavelet analysis"

This deposit contains the research data, recovered geostatistical project archive, spatial mask, analysis scripts, derived tables, and computational figures supporting the manuscript “Multiscale spatial associations between saturated hydraulic conductivity and soil physical attributes using geostatistical simulation and two-dimensional wavelet analysis”. The core data comprise 40 matched conditional Sequential Gaussian Simulation realizations of saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ksat), macroporosity, and soil bulk density on a 182 × 240 grid with 5 m spacing. The package also contains the recovered SGeMS project archive, watershed polygon, archived MATLAB 2-D CWT figure sources, scripts for polygon-restricted bivariate Mexican-hat wavelet association, and scripts used to reproduce manuscript Figures 2 and 6–8. Ksat is reported in cm h−1, macroporosity in %, and bulk density in g cm−3. The analytical manuscript dataset contains 179 spatial locations after exclusion of five spatially redundant locations from the 184 sampled locations.
