The dataset consists of three question blocks with closed questions. The first block includes questions about the respondents’ self-evaluated state of health and their attitude towards the COVID-19 pandemic. The second block comprises statements about the potential threat posed by the pandemic as well as statements that identify public mood, perceived disease risk, attitudes, and responses to the restrictions. In the third block of questions, respondents evaluate specific sources of information (Friends and relatives, Colleagues, Healthcare professionals, Latvian government institutions, Politicians and party leaders, Saeima (Latvian Parliament) deputies, TV, Radio, Newspapers, online news portals, social networking sites, International organisations such as World Health Organization (WHO), Celebrities and influencers) on a Likert scale of very trustworthy to very untrustworthy. the respondents' knowledge and trust in information Respondents also evaluate various statements regarding the causes of the pandemic, the places where it is possible to become infected, the transmission of the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, the effectiveness of vaccines, and opinions of scientists
