Mannheimia haemolytica PacBio sequences for DNA methylation analyses

The goal of this project was to provide PacBio sequences that were used to produce full-length, primarily closed genomes from a diverse collection of M. haemolytica isolates for DNA methylation analyses. The isolates were all obtained from North American cattle and collectively represent two major genotypes and multiple subtypes of M. haemolytica and are described in Bioproject PRJNA340884. Short read sequences for these isolates have also been produced as part of BioProject PRJNA326933.
