The overview zone plan is a spatially and thematically generalised summary of the local planning of the municipalities approved by the Office of Municipalities and Spatial Planning. It contains: · an overview of the origin of the zoning plans; · the building zones in 24 categories; · the perimeters of the superstructure regulations and the zones with a planning obligation; · landscape protected areas; · the perimeters of shore protection plans according to sea and river banks law.
