资源简介:
The goal of this study was to comprehensively measure time spent on cancer-related care, both in clinic and at home, among individuals receiving treatment for metastatic breast or advanced-stage ovarian cancer. We enrolled 78 individuals receiving treatment for metastatic breast or advanced ovarian cancer at the University of Minnesota and University of Alabama-Birmingham. Participants used Daynamica, a mobile app that collects real-time spatiotemporal data with low burden, for 28 days. They logged healthcare visits by location and type and completed daily surveys on at-home care activities. We analyzed the frequency and type of healthcare encounters and quantified time spent traveling, waiting, receiving care, and completing at-home tasks. Due to restrictions, the data reported here include the baseline demographic and clinical data presented in this paper only.
