scTELL TE Accessibility Matrices: Single-cell ATAC-seq Transposable Element Analysis Data

This dataset contains single-cell transposable element (TE) accessibility matrices generated using scTELL (single-cell Transposable Element Locus-Level analysis) from the manuscript "scTELL: A Single-Cell ATAC-seq Tool for Locus-Specific Transposable Element Identification in Chromatin Accessibility." The dataset includes five RDS files containing SummarizedExperiment objects with locus-level TE accessibility scores: 1. PBMC_scTELL_Matrix.rds - Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (10x Genomics PBMC dataset)2. ccRCC_Discovery_scTELL_Matrix.rds - Clear cell renal cell carcinoma discovery cohort (GSE207493)3. ccRCC_Validation_scTELL_Matrix.rds - Clear cell renal cell carcinoma validation cohort (PRJNA768891)4. BC_scTELL_Matrix.rds - Breast cancer samples from Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN)5. BC_Tumor_scTELL_Matrix.rds - Breast cancer tumor cells only Each matrix contains distance-weighted accessibility scores for individual TE loci across single cells, enabling locus-specific analysis of transposable element regulatory activity. These files can be loaded in R using readRDS() and are compatible with standard Bioconductor workflows.
