This project aims to study the molecular epidemiological characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes 12.To achieve this goal, we used whole-genome sequencing to isolate 68 L. monocytogenes isolates from 14 countries.Sequencing of foods and patients in Ningxia from 2014 to 2020, as well as their families, serogroups, 15Analyze clonal group (CC), sequence typing (st) and virulence island distribution.
