Different numbers of naive murine CD4+ T cells were cultured at different seeding cell densities and under different polarizing conditions in 96-well plates coated with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 for 3.5 days in the presence of 2 or 5 ng/ml TGF-Ã (Tfh2 or Tfh5) or with anti-TGF-Ã (TfhA), sorted by flow cytometry, and subjected to bulk RNA-seq.
