MMSCRP-TC系列

Combined with the regulations of weather station siting and the high mobility and flexibility of portable weather stations, an MMSCRP-TC model is proposed in response to the time-varying characteristics of rainfall in urban areas and the demand for refined monitoring. The continuous monitoring time period is divided into several subperiods, and portable weather stations are added and relocated according to the changing monitoring demands. The model aims to maximize the coverage benefits (weighted by rainfall values) as its first objective and to minimize the total travel costs incurred in the relocation as its second objective.In this dataset, the three code files with names 3.2.1, 3.2.2, and 4.2 correspond to the experiments in the three subsections of the article. The file named data is the data file required for subsection 3.2.1 and subsection 4.2. The file named data_road is the data file required for subsection 3.2.2. <br>
