CottonGVD：棉花数据库

<p>棉花多组学数据库（CottonGVD）集成了基因组、转录组、变异组、表观遗传、表型组和代谢组等6个多组学数据资源，CottonGVD整合了25个棉花基因组、76个组织样本的转录组数据、5个物种的表观遗传信息、4180个样本的遗传变异数据、20个表型及768个代谢物含量等数据，为研究者在比较棉花种质资源变异、探索栽培与野生种进化关系、开发基因研究生物标志物和进行全基因组关联研究提供了重要的数据资源和分析平台。</p>

The Cotton Multi-Omics Database (CottonGVD) integrates six types of multi-omics data resources including genomics, transcriptomics, variome, epigenetics, phenomics, and metabolomics. It incorporates 25 cotton genome assemblies, transcriptomic data from 76 tissue samples, epigenetic information across 5 cotton species, genetic variation data from 4180 samples, 20 phenotypic traits, and 768 metabolite contents, among other datasets. This database provides critical data resources and analytical platforms for researchers to compare genetic variations in cotton germplasm resources, investigate the evolutionary relationships between cultivated and wild cotton species, develop biomarkers for gene research, and conduct genome-wide association studies.
