资源简介:
Polyamines, as critical bioactive compounds, have been shown to play key roles in plant heat stress responses. Among them, putrescine, the initial product of polyamine metabolism, holds unique importance in regulating stress adaptation. Previous studies from our laboratory revealed that exogenous putrescine significantly enhances heat stress recovery in P. ostreatus mycelia, yet its underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study systematically elucidated the molecular mechanisms of putrescine mediated thermotolerance in P. ostreatus through exogenous supplementation or inhibitor intervention, transcriptomic analysis, and genetic manipulation of the ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) gene.
