Toll data table work (formerly truck toll statistics)

Since the beginning of 2005, a route-related fee for heavy trucks on motorways has been successfully levied in Germany. The toll obligation applies to trucks with a technically permissible maximum mass greater than 3.5 tonnes on all federal motorways (Bundesautobahnen, BAB) including rest areas as well as on all federal roads and begins with the driveway on the road section. Toll data Table work evaluates data on the performance and journeys of the so-called toll vehicles according to various criteria. The tables are published in a monthly and annual series and contain a comparison to the previous period. The presentation of the results begins for the first time in January 2008. The methodological explanations contain a detailed description of the data bases and further explanations of the tables presented.
