ForceFlowAb processed antibody structure dataset

This record contains the processed antibody–antigen structure dataset used to train and evaluate ForceFlowAb. It includes the SAbDab index snapshot used during preprocessing, a serialized LMDB structure database, CDR sequence clustering outputs, and explicit train, validation, and independent test partitions. The released partitions contain 8,343 training structures, 300 validation structures, and 20 independent test structures. The test structures span 16 sequence clusters, and clusters represented in the test set are excluded from training and validation. The complete dataset is provided as the single 740,889,715-byte archive ForceFlowAb_processed_RF_v1.0.tar.gz. Its SHA-256 checksum is supplied in ForceFlowAb_processed_RF_v1.0.tar.gz.sha256.
