T.aestivum cv Chineese Spring diurnal RNA-seq

Common wheat cultivar Chinese Spring plants were grown for 21 days after germination in a climatic chamber. with short days (9 h of light, 20 C). Three replicate samples were harvested at 0, 3, 9, and 16 hour time points over 24 h starting at the beginning of the light period. The material was collected in the dark until the light was turned on (0 h), after 3 hours of the light on (3 h), before the light was turned off (9 h) and in the middle of the night (16 h).
