Results of research on a plug-and-measure type planar microwave agri-sensor for honey adulteration detection to maximize its sensitivity and minimize per-unit cost. Simulations were performed using AWR Microwave Office. Measurements were carried our using a vector network analyzer in the 100 MHz GHz to 3 GHz frequency range.
