Limburgerhof – Fichtestraße/Goethestraße

Development plans and land use plans of the municipality of Limburgerhof:Development plan for interior development pursuant to § 13a (1) BauGB) in accordance with § 12(1) BauGB in conjunction with § 2(1) BauGB. The aim of the project-related development plan “Fichtestraße/Goethestraße” is to determine the admissibility of residential buildings for groups of people with special housing needs and to upgrade the district by means of an energy/close supply.
