Furchgott-type data, obtained from rat and guinea pig atria by determining the negative inotropic response to CPA, an A1 adenosine receptor full agonist, evaluated by the SABRE and operational models. The irreversible A1 adenosine receptor antagonist was FSCPX. Data are in GraphPad Prism file.
